Thank you for using Unrearix, operated by Bullets (“we”, “us”). Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) before using the Unrearix mobile app (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted here, and your continued use of the Service means you accept them.

3. Privacy and data

We collect a limited set of usage and diagnostic data through Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics and Cloud Messaging). The Service has no accounts, and your likes, playlists, streaks and listening history stay on your device. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

4. Content and licence

All content in the Service — recordings, music videos, lyrics, artwork and the Unrearix name and marks — is owned by Bullets or its licensors and is protected by copyright.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not:

extract, rip, copy, redistribute or re-upload the audio, video or artwork in the Service;
use the content commercially, or in any public performance or broadcast;
reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to derive the source of the Service.

Lyric cards and wallpapers you create with the built-in makers are for personal use and social sharing. Please credit Unrearix when you share them.

5. Availability

The Service is provided “as is”. Features, content and availability may change or be withdrawn at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, including data loss, loss of access or downtime.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, including if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
